You can submit your order using the form below. A confirmation will be sent via email within 24 hours of receipt. If you do not receive a confirmation within that time, please resubmit or contact us via email or by phone. Your invoice will be sent a few weeks before the ship date. Credit card orders will receive an email invoice with a link to a payment portal, such as PayPal.
Please allow six to eight weeks for delivery. Shipping costs depend on where the items are being sent to. They range from $30-$70 within the US. For international orders, please indicate the country the items will be shipped to, and we’ll search for the best shipping rates.
