You have a choice of three solid hardwoods to choose from and many stains. Woods have different properties and a brief description below may help you make a choice. · Oak is by far the most popular choice. It has a pronounced grain and accepts stains very well. · Cherry has a fine texture and is the choice for premium furniture. · Maple is very light in color and is popular with a clear coat. Some stains on the other hand can appear blotchy on this wood. |
